The Pau-Euralis Group portrays a new dynamic trend in agricultural cooperation, which results in an open outlook to all forms of complementary work and to all proposals of financial joint ventures, provided they help us effectively serve the interests of our members.

They revolve around 4 main poles:
I - Cereals distribution
This represents more than half the group's activities.

  • Cereals
    - PAU EURALIS, 1st corn collector in Europe, collects more than
900 000 tons of cereal / year from 120 sites located in the 6 departments of the Atlantic South-West region.
    - This activity involves 25 000 farmers, working in partnership with us.
  • Retail distribution
    - 42 warehouses in the South-West of France, affiliated with the Point Vert & Magasin Vert store chain, generate a turnover of more than 170 million francs in gardening products and products for rural life and agriculture.
  • Vineyards - Winemaking - Wine cellars
    - Through EURALIS AGRO VIGNE & TABOUY, the Group is developing product distribution for vineyards and winemaking in 21 retail outlets in the region of Bordeaux, as well as bottling of wine on the production site.

II - Corn seed

This pole is the Group's main axis.

  • Pau-Semences & Rustica Prograin Génétique & its subsidiaries have made the Pau Euralis Group a European leader in the fields of sunflower, corn and rapeseed.
    - 200 engineers and technicians work in: 20 research centers and stations throughout the world to create every year: 22 000 hybrids of corn, 65 000 hybrids  of sunflower and 1 000 varieties of rapeseed.

Certified varieties are marketed all over the world.

III - Agro-industry

  • Vegetables
3 plants, 1 of which is in partnership with Green Giant and the other 2 with Bonduelle, generate a yearly production of 150 000 tons of vegetables, corresponding to 10% of all production in France.
  • "Foie gras" (fattened duck liver specialty)
    - the company Grimaud processes up to 1.2 million ducks / year.
  • Industry
    - Eurocob and its subsidiary PRODEMA, European leader of corn cob processing, market 25 000 tons of finished product per year.
    - AQUITEX processes 50 000 tons of soya/year for animal feed.

IV - Livestock production

Recent but serious involvement marks the group's desire to engage in major channels of livestock production:

  • in poultry, with the AVISO consortium, in the production of quality label brands,
  • with EURAPALM, to organize and develop the breeding of ducks for "foie-gras",
  • in the pork channel, in a partnership with FIPSO and various role players of the branch to promote the "Jambon de Bayonne" (Bayonne Ham) IGP (French acronym for protected geographic indicator) label,
  • in the beef channel, with CELPA, to develop "Red Label" quality meat
